Revvity IVIS® Lumina™ S5 高通量2維影像系統是一套高性能的光學系統。將高靈敏度生物冷光、螢光與之偵測能力結合在一套緊湊的桌上型的系統內。具備同時拍攝五隻小鼠的能力，搭配 Revvity 獨特之小鼠標誌系統與多樣的配件，讓活體影像拍攝變得更簡單，更快速。

IVIS® Lumina™ S5搭載1” 背照式深度冷卻CCD，可以提供20cm x 20cm的拍攝範圍，足夠拍攝5隻小鼠或是一隻大型齧齒類動物 (500 – 600 gm)。

IVIS® Lumina™ S5在螢光拍攝上更先進了！搭配有26組濾光片，涵蓋綠螢光到近紅外光範圍，並配有 Revvity 專利光譜拆解技術 (Compute Pure Spectrum (CPS) algorithm)，可以移除自體螢光以及不同螢光染劑間的干擾，提供更正確的螢光定結果。
