AKOYA CODEX (CO-Detection by indEXing)，第一台桌上型超高內涵切片掃瞄系統，可同時分析高達50種抗體染色，軟體高維度運算各種細胞群空間結構及互動關係。榮獲2019十大科學發明!
相較於傳統切片染色，CODEX能更完整地解析細胞群資料，以取得到高內涵的資訊；相較於流式細胞儀，CODEX保留每個細胞在組織中的空間資訊，是未來腫瘤免疫學不可或缺的技術。
軟體進行影像處裡，Cell segmentation後記錄每顆細胞位置及marker表現量，多重螢光運算自動細胞分群，可呈現/輸出flow data看gating，給予每一群細胞空間分布位置並且計算組織中細胞彼此間相關性，完整探討腫瘤微環境。

Characterizing the complexities of the tissue microenvironment is a critical element in understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms driving disease as well as therapeutic responses.
The roles of spatial relationships between infiltrating immune cells and the remodeling of the cellular matrix are widely recognized as key components that define tissue heterogeneity. The CODEX System enables researchers to image 40+ protein markers in tissue samples at single cell resolution. Highly multiplexed imaging enables the study of different cell phenotypes and how they interact in situ to impact disease pathology and progression.
