Revvity Opera Phenix™是針對研究型實驗室特別開發經濟型多參數細胞影像分析儀，讓High content screening不再為金字塔頂端實驗室專有。使用LED為激發光源，搭配 spinning disk 進行共軛焦細胞影像擷取與分析。濾片上有條碼，避免設定錯誤，一般使用者皆可自行更換。原廠內建模組化分析軟體，可直接套用，或修改部分參數後再套用，直覺式操作介面，搭配伺服器及管理軟體(Columbus)讓跨國合作及資料處理更上一層樓。
High content screening 常應用於細胞毒殺(cytocoxicity)、藥物篩選(drug screening)、神經突觸增生(neurite outgrowth)、細胞凋亡(apoptosis)、細胞分化(differentiation)、訊息傳遞(cell signaling)、細胞增生(proliferation)、RNAi、FISH……等等。
