說明
臨床級CliniMACS® Plus 利用MACS®磁性細胞分選技術，能在密閉且無菌系統中自動完成目標細胞之分選，最後收集至細胞收集袋。搭配不同Clinical grade之磁株抗體，可分選出高品質之幹細胞、單核球細胞, 樹突細胞, 自然殺手細胞, B 細胞, 以及 T 細胞產品，提供免疫細胞治療以及再生醫學領域之研究。

• 自動化控制分選流速，不同種類細胞可進行不同流速之分選，確保管路內細胞分選品質

Optimized protocols for cell depletion and enrichment
The CliniMACS Plus Instrument automates cell separation for clinical-scale enrichment of target cells or depletion of unwanted cells in a closed and sterile system. Using a single-use tubing set, including a separation column, the device automatically applied the cell sample to the separation column, performs multiple washing steps, and elutes the purified target cells.
