inForm™軟體是Phenoptics系統中智慧分析軟體!
機器學習能力減少人力負擔及誤差實現真正高通量精確分析。
軟體具有機器學習功能可進行全波長光譜拆解，組織辨認、細胞辨認、細胞分群及細胞空間解析(可見光螢光皆可分析)，定性、定量、螢光colocaliztion 皆可計算，只需圈選出欲分辨之區域，就能將分辨方式套用在所有圖像或指定圖像上。
軟體除可以讀取多光譜及分析圖像(.im3, .im4)外，亦可讀取JPEG, single-layer TIFF, BMP及PNG檔案。
軟體可根據應用分成inForm Cell Analysis™及inForm Tissue Finder™兩套軟體:
- inForm Cell Analysis™
可以根據實驗需求定義欲分析之組織區域，準確的測量及評分細胞內、細胞核及細胞膜上生物標定物之表現。適合用於獨立之研究族群或小規模的病理研究。
- inForm Tissue Finder™
除具有inForm Cell Analysis™之功能外，inForm Tissue Finder™可利用有專利的形態辨識演算法，自動偵測及分割特定組織。自動提供一致且具有再現性的結果，可進行多重標的及多重樣品間之比較實驗，並可較快速發現疾病的指標。

Description
inForm® projects can be tailored to enable biomarker analysis in both solid tissues and TMAs and handle a variety of stains (H&E, multiplexed IHC, and multiplexed immunofluorescence). Its powerful unmixing engine, enables the separation and measurement of weak and spectrally overlapping markers in multiplex assays. Automated, trainable algorithms permit detection and segmentation of specific tissues and identification of multiple markers within a tissue sample. Once trained, inForm will locate and analyze user-specified regions automatically across an entire image or multiple images. Large numbers of images can be rapidly batch processed, allowing analysis that might have taken days to be done in a matter of minutes.
