Description
The CODEX Assay requires specially formulated reagents and buffers for tissue staining with CODEX Antibodies and running iterative imaging cycles. For each imaging cycle, three CODEX Reporters, each with a spectrally-distinct dye, are applied to the stained tissue to visualize the corresponding CODEX Antibody. The CODEX instrument applies gentle wash steps to remove the CODEX Reporters without any chemical modifications, followed by applying the next set of Reporters to visualize the next set of CODEX Antibodies.
