The NiraWave C optical imaging agent is formulated from the clinically proven indocyanine green (ICG) for small animal imaging applications. This trusted standard saves valuable research time by eliminating tedious dilution and formulation steps while providing consistently reliable results. With excitation wavelength of 650-780 nm and emission at 820 nm, NiraWave C serves as an excellent reference contrast agent for ophthalmic angiography, organ perfusion studies, rheumatology diagnostics, and photodynamic therapy research.

NiraWave M features an innovative micellar formulation that exhibits stronger fluorescence, higher aqueous stability, and prolonged blood circulation time compared to standard ICG. With a particle size of 11 nm and blood half-life exceeding 1 hour in mice, this unique optical imaging agent is ideally suited for studying inflammatory processes such as rheumatic diseases. The micellar formulation enables NiraWave M to remain confined within healthy blood vessels while selectively leaking from fenestrated vessels in inflamed or tumorous tissue, making it Viscover's leading agent for visualization of vascular leakage and microcirculation studies.

NiraWave Rocker is a nanoparticulate NIR fluorescence imaging agent optimized for visualization of primary tumors and metastases. Its accumulation in tumor cells via the rocker-switch mechanism, combined with strong fluorescence intensity and high stability, enables long-term tumor visualization in animal cancer models. This leading optical imaging agent has been successfully applied in various tumor models including human A549 lung adenocarcinoma, PC-3 prostate cancer, and murine T1 mammary carcinoma, with proven capability for detecting both primary tumors and metastasized lymph nodes.

NiraWave nano 780 is a nanoparticulate optical imaging agent developed specifically for optical angiography, providing broad excitation range, high quantum yield, and optimal tissue penetration. This advanced nanoparticle agent exhibits high Stokes-shift and exceptional resistance toward photobleaching, making it ideal for visualization of vascular fine structure and angiogenic processes in tumors and inflammation. The 780 nm emission wavelength ensures deep tissue imaging capability with minimal background interference.

All NiraWave imaging agents are designed with standardized injection volume of 100 μL for 20-30 g mice, promoting experimental reproducibility and ease of use.
