Big Kahuna represents the ultimate configurable end-to-end workflow solution for laboratories requiring comprehensive automation coverage. This large-scale platform integrates multiple functional modules including buffer exchange systems capable of processing up to 96 samples simultaneously, multi-channel pH probes that complete 96-well plate measurements in under 30 minutes, automated viscosity stations for both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, and visual inspection stations combining color, turbidity, and visible particle counting in a single non-destructive assay. For process chemistry applications, Big Kahuna supports the Optimization Sampling Reactor (OSR) for real-time reaction kinetics from up to 8 pressure and temperature-controlled vessels, and the Screening Pressure Reactor (SPR) enabling reactions at extreme conditions up to 400°C and 200 bar (3000 psi).
Junior delivers the same high-throughput capabilities in a compact benchtop format, ideal for research teams with space constraints or specific application focus.
