MACS^®GMP細胞培養分化袋或是擴增袋生產過程皆遵循ISO13485規範及USP<1043>，其製造品質是經過鑑測與認證，均符合GMP 指南。

高透氣性 (Gas Permeable )

具備高透氣性適合細胞培養與擴增，材質為透明質地，易於顯微鏡觀察細胞，方便操作人員在短時間內確認細胞型態及生長速率。

密閉式、單一無菌包裝 (Closed and Sterile, Single-packed)

因應臨床或專案用途，無論是MACS^®GMP細胞培養分化袋或是擴增袋皆通過無菌性(endotoxin-free)及無熱源（non-pyrogen）測試，並能提供逐批檢驗之品質認證之文件，以供法規主管機關查核。

一、MACS^®GMP細胞培養分化袋(Cell Differentiation Bag) 提供五種規格供選擇：

二、MACS^®GMP細胞擴增袋(Cell Expansion Bag)具備獨特的間隔培養室結構，操作人員可以依照細胞生長快慢、細胞密度，決定是否增加培養基體積和培養面積，以因應不同細胞量培養。

☆ 優點：

1. 當細胞量增加時，無須將細胞更換到更大袋體，可以減少污染風險。
2. 一袋三用、無須換袋，可以降低耗材更換成本。
3. 可以避免更換培養基時所造成的細胞損失，達到縮短細胞培養時間之目的。

英文說明 

MACS® GMP Cell Culture Bags are individually packed, sterile, and tested for endotoxins. The integrated tubing set is suitable for sterile docking. As there is no need to change the culture vessel, the risk of contamination is greatly reduced.

The unique MACS GMP Cell Expansion Bag has a compartmentalized culture chamber with easy-to-open seals allowing expandable culture volumes from 8 mL up to 100 mL. MACS GMP Cell Differentiation Bags have one single culture chamber and are available in five different volumes (100, 250, 500, 1000, and 3000 mL).
