Cue細胞收集暨凍存分裝充填系統
Cue是一款自動化的小體積細胞處理系統。無論您是要進行細胞凍存的前配製、分裝到多個最終產品袋中,還是欲執行小體積的細胞收集、清洗、濃縮、培養液置換、電穿孔前製備、凍存液添加等程序,Cue都支援這些細胞和基因治療製劑製造的工作流程。
Cue 具備跟LOVO 一樣的 Membrane Filtration Technology
利用Size Filtration的原理,讓細胞在全懸浮 (Continuous Diafiltration)、密閉且無菌的狀態下,自動化的進行細胞樣本的清洗、血小板去除、Sample Washing、Volume reduction、Medium exchange、Cryopreservation Preparation 、Product formulation、及final product filling等製程工作。
具備低溫控制的細胞凍存前處理功能
Cue具備3-22°C 溫度控制、及Shaking Mixing Module,細胞經過收集清洗及濃縮後,可以在低溫的環境下,進行凍存液添加及體積濃度調整,以確保細胞活性,並確保細胞調整至合適的濃度及凍存液比例中。
無菌、精準、多袋小體積的自動充填功能
具備Dual Syringe Module,搭配IR detector Array技術,Cue可以進行精準、小體積的細胞製程處理,收集完的細胞、或經凍存液添加的細胞製劑,可以進行最小達2ml、多袋數的無菌自動充填。Cue更具備Air removal 功能,可移除最終產品袋充填後的多餘空氣,讓細胞製劑的凍存保存更加安全,確保了凍存細胞的品質。
